Context
Shipping several small tools is easy; turning them into a coherent, low-friction and maintainable product family under one brand is harder.
Problem
The products needed to remain discoverable without competing with one another, route cleanly to independent surfaces and keep the studio brand from overpowering the tools.
My role
- Product system
- Information architecture
- Distribution surfaces
Solution
I positioned the studio as a discovery and routing layer rather than a heavy account dashboard, grouping independent tools under one information architecture.
What was built
- Shared discovery architecture for multiple micro-products
- Outbound routing to independent applications
- Mobile-first, low-friction product presentation
- Links to external distribution channels such as Etsy / Gumroad
System architecture
- Secil Studio
- Product discovery
- Independent tool routes
- Web apps
- External distribution
Technical stack
Unverified technology details are intentionally not published.
Important engineering decisions
- Keep the studio shell simpler than the products it presents
- Do not force account creation at the studio level

Secil Studio is live as a micro-product umbrella that keeps several applications visible and accessible under one brand.
Engineering takeaways
- In micro-products, brand architecture can create more leverage than feature volume.
